Most firms either draw or build. Arkan Interiors does both, and cuts the joinery in its own Abu Dhabi workshop. A revision to a drawing reaches the bench without a new supplier and a new quote.

Why clients stay with us
One contract, from drawings to handover
The design, the site work and the furniture sit with one team. There is no point in the job where a drawing is handed to a company that did not produce it, which is where most of the trouble on a fit-out starts.
Beech, oak, and the room they go into
Wooden furniture is made in beech and oak. Beech is close-grained and takes turning well, so it holds up in frames and legs. Oak shows its grain after finishing, which suits it to pieces where the timber is part of what you see. Both are made locally in the UAE, to measure where a room needs a specific size.
Discretion as standard
Many of our clients would rather their homes were not online. NDAs are standard, and no project is photographed or published without written consent.

Questions we get asked
- Does Arkan Interiors design as well as build?
- Both, on one contract. We produce the drawings and we carry out the work, so you are not appointing a designer and a contractor separately and hoping they agree on site.
- Where is the furniture made?
- Locally in the UAE, in beech and oak. There is a wide range to choose from, and pieces are made to measure where a room needs a specific size. Joinery of every type is cut in our own Abu Dhabi workshop.
- Do you work outside Abu Dhabi?
- Yes. We are based on Al Najda Street in Abu Dhabi and take projects in Dubai, across all seven Emirates and into the wider Gulf. Materials are sourced worldwide.
- How do I get a price?
- Send a floor plan, a photograph or a description to +971 2 446 8800 on WhatsApp, or email us. Every job is quoted from drawings and a site visit, because a number given without them would be a guess.
- Can I see materials before deciding?
- Yes. The showroom on Al Najda Street holds more than 12,000 materials, fabrics and finishes. Walk in during opening hours. A small sample rarely represents a large surface, which is why it is worth seeing the full piece.
